We sincerely appreciate and respect the valuable work that Nonprofit organizations
provide to their respective communities. So in an effort to
"give back", Syncronicity began offering
FREE or substantially discounted web design services in 2001 to qualified
501c3 non-profit organizations. Each donated web service ranges from $200
to $2000 per agency - depending on their specific needs.
As a
general rule of thumb, pro-bono web design/development services are
offered to donation-funded non-profits who's primary source of revenue are
contributions from board members and/or the general public. Each candidate is
reviewed individually based on their needs and ALL requests for pro-bono
services MUST be accompanied by proof of 501c3 status.
Non-profits who
provide services (ie: shelters, food banks, volunteer services, mentoring,
etc.)
to their local communities will have first priority
on all web projects.
Although dictated by current staff workload, our goal is to select ONE
non-profit agency every 8-10 weeks throughout the year. However, due
to the volume of requests we receive, we make no promises or guarantees
that your submission will be considered or approved within a certain
timeframe. Discount amounts will vary per agency and we can not guarantee
eligibility amounts awarded. We will keep all eligible requests on file
and randomly select them throughout the calendar year. If/when your site
is awarded a donation, you will be notified by our web design staff
regarding the amount awarded and to coordinate the site design/layout.
Pro-bono services are limited to new web site design or web site
re-design. We apologize in advance, but due to staff limitations,
we are unable to
donate database-driven or e-commerce websites and requests for such sites
will not be reviewed or considered. Customer will be responsible for monthly web hosting charges. Syncronicity will require a tax receipt for donated work performed.
